Bradley J. Sandler, MD

Among his many professional distinctions, Dr. Sandler is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Association of Cataract Refractive Surgery and the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives.
Dr. Sandler specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology which includes advanced technology cataract care and surgery, premium intraocular lenses, diabetic eye disease, glaucoma medical and surgical care, macular degeneration and laser vision correction.
He attends various ophthalmology conferences yearly so that he remains abreast of current and new surgical procedures, eye disease management and eye disease treatment modalities. His desire to be the best in his profession translates to excellent patient care and a state-of-the-art eye care and surgical center. Dr. Sandler also proudly has devoted his time providing international eye care with trips to Africa and Mexico.
Ashley McCafferty, O.D.
Ashley McCafferty, O.D., joined Solano Eye Specialists in 2018 and could not be happier to be a part of our team. Dr. McCafferty obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley and completed a residency in primary care optometry at the Veteran Affairs in Reno, Nevada. Dr. McCafferty provides comprehensive routine and medical eye care including the treatment of ocular conditions such as diabetes and glaucoma. Dr. McCafferty specializes in contact lenses including mono-vision, bifocal lenses, and RGP (rigid gas perm) lenses.

Dr. McCafferty enjoys videography, spending quality time with her fiancé and their two furry children, in addition to exploring the Bay Area.
Todd J. Harter, O.D.
Todd J. Harter, O.D., a native of Illinois, has lived in northern California for the last 40 years. He has been in optometry practice for over 36 years. Dr. Harter is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. Dr. Harter’s career has been spent in private practice in California most recently with David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base. Dr. Harter has also served as the Statewide Optometric Consultant for the California Department of Rehabilitation.
Dr. Harter is thrilled to join the Solano Eye Specialists team and is pleased to welcome patients of all ages for optometric care. He provides all manner of services, including comprehensive vision care and therapeutic treatment for medical eye conditions and injuries.
Dr. Harter resides in Napa with his wife Pamela. Together they enjoy travel and family; with three adult children and three grandchildren who live too far away to spoil appropriately (!), but they try nonetheless.
