5. Pay close attention to maintaining proper posture. Proper posture is important because poor vision is associated with tension in different parts of the body particularly the chest, shoulders, neck and face. Perform this technique effectively by relaxing your forehead, shoulders, and by loosening the jaw. This unlocks tension causing oxygen and circulation to move easily throughout the body.
